Roles and Responsibilities
About the Brand:
House of Pataudi is the 1 st Men’s Premium Indian wear private brand launched on Myntra in 2018 in
collaboration with Saif Ali Khan. It is the leading Indian wear brand on platform for last 3 years and has
won the award for India’s fastest growing brand in Asia One Magazine awards.

? Responsible for category planning and management, and driving business outcomes
? A comprehensive role which involves all aspects of business – Operating plan development,
financial planning, range planning, P&L management, inventory management and sales

? Business planning and category management for a large portfolio
o Annual Operating Plan (Revenue, Margin, Discounts, etc.)
o Monthly Operating Plans
o Category and brand specific growth plan
o P&L planning at category, brand level
? Range, Assortment and OTB Planning
o Assortment Planning – Data Analysis, Insights Generation, Options Planning (Width,
o OTB Planning at brand-category level, season planning
o Range level planning support – bets sizing, inventory planning
o Effective planning and forecasting in order to maximize profitability
o Competition / Market Analysis
? Sales and Inventory Management
o Planning for the inventory flow / DOH for entire category
o Category Health Management – STRs, DOH, Ageing, Portfolio Mix of Core / Fashion;
Review and Course Corrections
o Monthly Sales planning and execution – coordination with sales and marketing teams
o P&L metrics tracking
? Team / Stakeholder Management - Working closely with buying, sourcing, brand, sales and
planning teams for delivery of business plans
? Projects– Driving key initiatives / projects for category growth and profitability improvement
across supply chain, planning, sales, etc.; Process Improvement across the value chain

Qualifications & Experience
? 5 years of experience in category management;
? Some experience in fashion retail / brand management sector is preferred
? Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem solving skills; Strong with
numbers and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data
? MBA from a top tier institute
? Strong experience and skills in cross functional stakeholder management
