About Team

The buying curation team is currently responsible for 1) defining and owning the fashion and trend direction for selection shaping across all fashion brand units & categories, working across business, merchandising categories, marketing, revenue + growth, creative + catalogue, data science and product tech teams. 2) Creating a competitive moat based on trend informed fashion expertise, curated selection and differentiated platform experience.  

Roles & Responsibilities 

This role will operationally support the WWW and WEW charters especially for Style Cast and work closely with the M1 WWW and content lead.

Aligned with a specific BU or charter. Will handle the day-to-day operations around 

  1. Curation and Selection Experience (30%)
  • Trend forecasting and performance, assortment gap analysis and fulfillment. 
  • Research + Presentation deck creation.
  •  Brand study and SMU line development
  1. Store front experience (30%):
    • Visibility planning, content generation ideas/ strategies
    • Attribute hygiene and search optimization. 
  1. Central Projects (40%)
  • Store revamp and catalog enhancement for specific cohort focused stores – Myntra for Earth, Stylecast. 
  • Competition mapping, trend analysis, catalog shoot, content approach and selection for new initiatives. 

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

  • 2020 – 2021 Masters graduate from a reputed fashion school.
  • Alternately 6 months - 1 year work exp post Fashion under graduation.
  • Should have interned with good brands or platforms in the online space.


  • Multi- hyphenate with a keen eye for style or fashion 
  • Personable – can work with multiple stake holders at different levels. 
  • quick learner, adaptive and agile- thinking.
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills. Photoshop Savvy.
  • Good with daily task planning and time management. 
  • MS suite and additional photo editing software.
