Senior Officer - Design


Roles & Responsibilities

• Seasonal concepts development rooted in the brand philosophy
• Should understand womenswear.
• Have basic understanding of knit fabrications and requirements
• Research seasonal trends, product ideas, colours, prints, fabrics, and styling should be thorough
• Understand aesthetics of the brand and design prints accordingly
• Creating line-sheet based on seasonal concepts and with appropriate design /color/prints
• Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans
• Responsible for creating detailed tech-packs that illustrate design and construction details with high
• Collaborate with cross functional teams for effective design development
• Fit standardisation for the brand across category
• Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadline
• Maintain and improve product quality by taking corrective step at ground level i.e., fabric, fit,wash,
• Contributing well researched ideas to support catalogue and marketing for the brand.

Qualifications &  Experience
• 1-2 years’ experience and Graduated from NIFT/Pearl
• creative by nature, should have ability to come up with new and fresh ideas
• Demonstrates high level aesthetics and creative ability with a strong understanding of youth lifestyle
• Well-rounded experience in relevant category design experience
• Strong organisational skills and highly detail-oriented
