Roles & Responsibilities


This role requires  supporting  team by developing store layouts, designs, BOQs and also monitoring onsite executions. It plays a critical role in enhancing customer experience of the store and space optimization


Various functional responsibility include:

  • Designing the store layouts from design intent to complete store designs. 
  • Preparing basic 3-D models and rendering. 
  • Coordinating closely with various stake holders like Leasing team, VM team, Operations and other related function to ensure timely delivery of all the project designs.
  • Maintain full knowledge of data related to fit out guidelines and best design practices.
  • Setting schedule for design related task and actions.
  • Keeping track of fit out schedule.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Proven work experience of 3-4 years in developing store layouts and designs.
  • Strong knowledge of project material and fixtures.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Hands-on experience of working on AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Dmax or similar 3D modelling software.
  • B-Arch or equivalent technical degree.
