The role is the part of the monetisation & Brand Solutions team. This team is responsible for earning advertising and monetisation revenue for Myntra by providing various Brand solutions. The team supports one of the most important functions for Myntra's growth for future success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take care of Adops and sales ops for several BUs
- Lead a team of Ad Ops associates and provide guidance to them.
- Own & Manage day to day operations for the Monetization team. (assigned BU)
- To work with Brands & Brand Sales team & help Brands achieve optimal results for their campaign by using data, optimization and insights.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly view of Operational activity, processes for Assigned BUs
- To work with internal stakeholders including Category and Store teams for end to end execution of monetization media plan including ad serving, reports etc.
- Proactive in identifying, raising and problem solving issues that might impact the plan numbers.
- To adhere to internal processes and keep the escalations to minimum.
- To own the Ad operations process for Monetization & Brand solutions team for the assigned BUs
- Ensure TAT for executions & reports generation are aligned with stakeholders and adhered to.
- To ensure Brands are provided with regular reports and insights and help them make the right business decision.
- To manage team members and drive high employee satisfaction for your team.
- Communicating technical product needs and opportunities to internal product and tech teams.
