About Team

Flipkart's Private Label team owns and drives growth for the house brands including Metronaut, Roadster and other Licensing brands. These brands are taking from inception to strategy and growth by this team

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Product Communication: Create a consumer-centric catalog that helps improve conversion. Plan & deliver on growth(Volume, Value) in alignment with Internal Category teams.
  • Work with the central & category teams to drive discovery, traffic & conversion. Ensure active participation in all relevant events across the platform. Work in close alignment with Business Finance to manage portfolio pricing & P&L
  • Inventory Management: Work closely with category & sourcing teams to ensure stock availability.
  • After Sale: Work closely with after sale & service team to ensure smooth consumer experience - pre, during & post purchase.
  • The role requires close collaboration with the following teams:

    - Category
    - Central Marketing
    - Business Finance
    - Analytics
    - Inventory
    - After sales

Qualifications & Experience

Looking for candidates with an MBA from 6+ years of experience. Skills required:

- Business development/Growth

- Ability to analyze data and make decisions.

- Project & Stakeholder Management

- Customer first approach ( Passion to understand Customer behavior, product quality,customer experience)
