Roles and Responsibilities

? This role will be managing Women Footwear portfolio. The portfolio is going to be critical
from hacking the growth for overall Footwear at the platform.
? The role will be responsible for the Growth, Profitability, Health of Business and Differentiation
for this Business Unit. The success of this position banks heavily in the ability to define the
selection strategy, joint business planning with strategic brand partners, co-creating exclusive
lines and in ability to translate this knowledge to Products, marry them with the right visibility
and pricing strategy
? The role will be responsible for end to end P&L management of this Business Unit primarily by
driving Account Strategy, Demand Planning, Visibility Optimization, Ops. & Tactical planning,
Analytics, Brand Relationships, Monetization, and Inventory management.

? Formulating a strategy for the financial year with Commercial, Selection, Operations &
Marketing Strategy. Build a strategy for Success of the brand/portfolio on the platform
? Aligning the annual operating plan with other functions seeking the right support for the rest of
the year and optimising for trends in Monthly operating plan.
? Measure, Report and Revisit strategy every quarter, ensuring our promise to the consumer and
to the management is met, Business Management & Analytics
? Arrive at KPIs such as Growth, Profitability, Selection Health, Customer Growth & Satisfaction
? Formulate a monthly plan for each of the Category objectives with a clear outlook for the year
? Periodically, measure, report and publish reports to teams and management on performance of
? Own the inputs to the P&L Discounts, Margins, Inventory provisioning, Marketing income etc
Operations Management
? Inventory Management Inwards for the Brands, Products, ensuring supplies are in line with the
customer demand
? Own Pricing Management fully so that the discounts are in line with margins and brand
? Drive Visibility Management through strong Coordination with internal Store Teams and
Marketing Teams to execute day to day events
? Coordination with Supply Chain, Category Ops. and Business Finance teams for brand Recon.
RTVs etc.
Brand Relationships:
? Independently manage the Brand Relationships ensuring Myntra is a preferred Partner
? Align Brand and Myntra aspirations and have actions executed for the inputs to the business
? Pursue Joint Business Planning and any negotiations on commercials, inventory & marketing as
Inventory Management (Buying & Planning)
? Pursue Trade Show buying and hold full responsibility of STRs profitability
? Ensure the right stock levels for different brands and products to support the right scale
? Ensure timely liquidation, RTVs and freshness in the selection

Qualifications & Experience
? Post grad. from a premier institute with 4-5 years of experience
? Category Management experience is preferable for this role
? High levels of problem solving skills and ability to work with data and numbers
? The candidate needs to be a self-starter and one who shows high levels of ownership and

? Strong with Excel and Power Point along with presentation skills
