Senior Director - Human Capital


Role: HRBP is responsible for providing HR leadership and strategic direction for one or more functional areas. 


  • Lead the overall talent and people strategy for the technology and product organization at Myntra
  • Coaching and partnering with CXO level leaders for building a strong people first culture and driving organization priorities
  • Contribute to the overall people strategy for the organization as a senior member of the HR leadership team 
  • Collaborate with COEs to design and implement initiatives to meet talent objectives 
  • Responsible for leading people practices and processes, Performance Management, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, working closely with respective stakeholders 
  • Maintaining employee experience, with utmost empathy and employee centricity 
  • Coaching and working collaboratively with leadership on people related topics 
  • Lead a team of HRBPs to deliver on the people charter for the function, drive connect and build trust with people across the function 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Deep experience of HR Business partnership to senior leaders 
  • Experience of driving transformations at scale 
  • Influencing skills with a transparent and consultative approach with business leaders, peers, and partners 
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a Product/Tech organization 
  • Experience of leading and building teams
