Associate - Business Partnering


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Employee MIS maintenance 

  • Tracker updation and maintenance - PIP, hiring, PTM etc

  • Rewards and Recognition management for the business teams

  • Contract employee management

  • Monthly Payroll inputs

  • Organize various leader and employee connect sessions like town halls, FGDs, and other such meetings

  • Drive employee engagement activities 

  • Other ad-hoc ops/tracking/data maintenance activities for the teams

  • Organizing and tracking induction process

  • Management of various employee lifecycle processes on Successfactors/relevant systems (Exit, Rewards, system changes etc)

Qualifications & Experience


  • 3 years of relevant experience in HR 

  • Analytical skills and ability to understand data and patterns

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluency in MS Excel
