Manager - Analytics


Role and Responsibilities

    • Play a key role in defining the strategic roadmap for the catalog team, involving transformational and innovative projects which are a mix of customer facing and optimization led initiatives
    • Program manage and drive this roadmap, solving for cost, scale and quality. Work with inhouse creatives, tech, product and operations teams to define timelines, figure out dependencies and de-bottleneck different challenges
    • Do periodic deep dives on critical areas, run thorough analyses, identify problem areas and improvement opportunities, summarize findings and help make high impact presentations 
    • Independently manage and build relationships with external content creation agencies, and work with commercial and legal teams to onboard new partner agencies
    • Take end to end ownership of program management for different initiatives, and hold team members/partner accountable for progress on key program actions
    • Monitor health of initiatives, track metrics, and create high visibility reports to demonstrate progress towards goals, provide new insights, and allow for regular updates to senior leadership teams
  • Carry out periodic performance analysis of running projects and prepare reports/dashboards for same. Ideal candidate to be well versed with AB experiments terminology with experience in running and measuring same

Qualifications and experience required:

    • Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills; Highly proficient in use of Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
  • Strong curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies, processes and bring improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills – Written and Verbal
  • Comfortable with Multitasking and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Overall, an enterprising and a go-getter type individual to drive innovations in catalog
