Roles And Responsibilities

Lunching /Building Premium Licensing Brand Bebe

  • Work closely across cross functional teams to identify and work on issues & opportunities across biz enabling it for teams below
  • Internally lead the thought and direction across the category across selection, customer, competition, trends, channels etc

Improve overall business health & own the P&L

  • Women’s western wear Range selection and assortment building 
  • End to end business owner across categories with rich understanding of levers of driving profitability
  • Good hands on understanding on inventory planning and optimization
  • Drive optimization across pricing, funnel metrics, monetization and other enablers to successfully lead category P&Ls
  • Product knowledge (Apparel ), costing and fabric knowledge

Senior Stakeholder Management & Cross Functional Liaison

  • Create presentations, notes around key business issues & opportunities and gather sponsorship across senior stakeholders for alignment and execution
  • Work closely with teams and brand partners on deal negotiations, exclusives 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6-8 years of total; 4+ years experience in apparel fields , retail buying , preferably women’s western wear
  • Ideally must have worked leading multiple categories, key account management, negotiations, drafting catg management strategies for high growth
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must have led a small size team ; must showcase ability to lead, mentor and manage high performing individuals
  • Must manage multiple senior stakeholders independently
  • High competency in written and verbal communication skills (preparation of business documentation, presenting to senior stakeholders a must)
  • Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
