Manager - Marketing Analytics


About Team

The Marketing Analytics team in Myntra is the bridge between Performance, RnF and Installs teams. The team is responsible for automating the reports and providing data data to the multiple teams whenever required, budget and traffic planning for regular and sale days (EORS/BFF), RCAs for understanding the spike/drop in metrics, combining business data to the campaigns data available from curating from multiple sources (FB Business Manager, Google Ads, Appsflyer, DV360, Myntra’s Backend) and providing insights to the team to improve the performance. The team also collaborates with traffic, revenue and finance teams to align everyone on the monthly traffic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team and be responsible for their performance and growth
  • Plan BAU vs events budget and traffic for the upcoming months utilising the past data. Create and utilize ML based models for forecasting
  • Automate reports for daily data consumption by curating data from different sources
  • Create one-funnel views at the granular level possible for effective functioning of the campaigns
  • Provide insights to drive digital marketing efficiencies through continuous testing and scaling up the experiments

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-5 years of experience in business analytics/marketing team having experience in managing google/facebook campaigns
  • Expert in SQL
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Spreadsheets
  • Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, Presentation & Communication skills
  • Basic understanding of either R or Python
  • Expert in Google Analytics data management
  • Automation of reports using API
