Incumbent will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and will support hiring for Non tech teams viz Enabling functions, Category, Marketplace and Private label business.
- Manage end to end recruitment process including, sourcing, cv shortlisting, initial validation, interviews, negotiation and offer.
- Plan and manage drives for bulk hiring needs.
- Communicating and coordinating with consultants
- Developing creative ways to attract the right talent
- Candidate Management:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback and an efficient offer and on-boarding process.
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and have a strong network of potential candidates for niche roles.
- Stakeholder management:
- Working closely with the BU leads and HRBPs on open positions.
- Planning and managing regular hiring discussions with key stakeholders to apprise them on hiring progress.
- Create fortnightly reports on key talent acquisition metrics and share with BU head.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Graduate/ Post graduate with 4 + years of experience in recruitment in corporate/ consulting firms.
- Experience in hiring for creative/ design functions in an ecommerce organization are preferred.
- Proficiency in headhunting/ mapping.
