About Team
This role rests within the Revenue and Growth team of Myntra. The Revenue & Growth team is one of the most pivotal teams at Myntra that drives a lot of turnkey charters like Storefront Merchandising, User and Customer Growth, Pricing, Category Growth, Fashion Content, Sale Events & Activations. Sale Events and Activations is a strategic charter and plays a really big role wrt driving Revenue and Customer growth at Myntra. This is a highly visible position with unlimited room for growth and creating upside for the company


Roles and Responsibilities


Role: Associate DIrector – Sale Events & Activations

Responsibilities:


This person will lead the Sale Events and Activations charter for Myntra. This will involve:
1.) Spearheading the end-to-end strategy, planning & PnL for all the Big Sale events viz End of Reason Sale, Right to Freedom Sale, Big Fashion Days, etc and also topical activations covering festive buying occasions like Diwali,
Valentines day, Durga Pujaetc
2.) Owning the roadmap, conceptualization, business planning, go-to-market strategy, demand shaping & innovation track for all Events and Activations and ensure top-line and bottom line achievement for the same.
3.) Liasoning with various cross-functional teams including Revenue Planning, Brand Marketing, Product & Technology, Storefront, CRM, Category, Design, Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Finance, Customer Experience, Program Management et al to ensure that all the key objectives are aligned with and delivered across all teams.
4.) Understand and assess opportunities across various festive occasions (e.g. opportunity size, appeal, differentiation) in order to proactively determine how to best drive customer engagement and business impact
5.) Defining the Owned Media Communication strategy for Sale events & Activations
6.) Ideating with Product & Creative teams for designing an engaging Homepage experience for all the Sale events & activations
7.) Collaborating with Product teams to develop a pipeline of new product offerings that help in uplifting Traffic, Conversion & Engagement
8.) Being the Data Custodian of all Sale Events related activity and trends
9.) Managing Creatives Process and Inputs for Sale events & Activations


Qualifications & Experience
1) MBA from a top tier school, with total work experience of 7-8 years, preferably in an Ecommerce firm driving category/ platform growth
2) Strong people & stakeholder management skills - ability to handle large teams and multiple stakeholders across the organization
3) Sharp leadership and problem solving skills
4) Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
5) Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and to successfully meet these deadlines
6) Bias for action – Has sound judgement, thoroughly thinks through the problems to come up with solutions
7) Sharp Business and creative Acumen
8) Ability to work with a lot of ambiguity
9) Strong project/program management skills: ability to juggle multiple work streams, timelines and priorities
10) Extremely strong in execution as this role will involve overseeing significant execution
11) Strong sense of customer centricity
