Manager - Talent Acquisition



o   Manage end to end recruitment process including, sourcing, CV shortlisting, initial validation, interviews, negotiation and offer.

o   Design search strategy for senior/niche requisitions.

o   Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and have a strong network of potential candidates for niche roles.

o   Developing creative ways to attract the right talent.

o   Build and Manage relationship with external partners

Candidate Management:

o   Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback and an efficient offer and on-boarding process.

o   Stakeholder management:

o   Working closely with the BU leads and HRBPs on open positions and identify future talent needs

o   Planning and managing regular hiring discussions with key stakeholders to apprise them on hiring progress.

Data management:

o   Create fortnightly reports on key talent acquisition metrics and share with BU head.

o   Maintain and share mapping for niche roles.

o   Use data to lead/influence all discussion.

Project Management:

o   Lead a function/cross functional project- Ideation to implementation.

o   Own the project – improvements, dashboards etc.

Experience & Qualifications:

Graduate/ Post graduate with 8+ years of experience in recruitment in corporate/ consulting firms.

Experience in hiring for non tech functions in an ecommerce organization is preferred.

Ability to manage and analyze data to get meaningful insights.

Proficiency in headhunting/ mapping.
