About Team: 

The role is part of the Myntra Emerging Labels (MEL) Team. MEL mandate is to Onboard & Grow high potential Labels on Myntra, across all Categories - Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Personal Care, Home. The Team currently manages>1000 Labels on

Roles & Responsibilities:


To build strong Supply & Selection for Myntra by Onboarding high potential Brands & Labels at a rapid pace


  • Identification of promising new Labels - through both inbound and outbound lead management
  • Evaluation of Business Potential of prospective Labels
  • End to end Lead Management to filter and process potential leads as per defined requirements & processes
  • Negotiate with potential brands to establish win-win commercial terms & business model 
  • Orient the brands on the Vendor Onboarding Process & get them aligned to deliverables & TATs

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Experience in Business Development/Category Management in an eCommerce company (any Category)
  • Strong Business Development acumen - to scan the market for opportunities and then move fast & assertively to capture them
  • Strong Excel, Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
  • Strong People Skills - communication, trust building & persuasion
  • Ability to work at Pace, across multiple Projects simultaneously
  • Post Graduate Degree in Management preferable
