Manager -Buying ( Anouk)


Role & Responsibilities

  • Product Development
    • Product-Brand mapping
    • Product range planning for the brand Planning
    • Effectively planning and forecasting in order to maximize profitability
    • Trend forecasts and implement sale plans
  • Responsible to optimize sales for a group of products
    • Revenue
    • Margins
    • Growth of categories
    • Inventory management
  • Season assortment & OTB Planning
    • OTB working along with the central planning team
    • Assortment creation for the season
    • Trend and article management as per the OTB
  • Team Management & Co-ordination
    • Co-ordinating with the Design team for the product development
    • Co-ordinating with Sourcing team to monitor the product cycle and replenishment
    • Sales and Discounting planning in co-ordination with Sales/Planning team
    • Monthly inward management in co-ordination with Planning/Sourcing team
  • Report Management
    • Publishing report on daily, weekly and monthly basis
    • Data management and sales tracking on daily level

Qualification & Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience with Fashion Background.
  • Familiarity with ethnic men & women category buying experience.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
  • Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
  • Comfortable with Analysis and Reporting tools (Excel, Power-point presentation.
