About Team

You will be a part of the Customer Relationship Management team, which is one of the key levers to drive topline revenue of the organization via customer communications and marketing. As a part of this, you will be responsible for managing push notif, email and sms marketing for Myntra. You will be a part of the Central Revenue team at Myntra and you will focus on delivering a world-class and differentiated shopping experience for various fashion needs on the platform.


External Job Overview & Responsibilities:

  • Business analysis and understanding. 
  • Building templates, dashboards in Excel/intranet for operational and management reporting
  • Data extraction for daily reporting and Ad hoc analysis
  • Planning SMS, Email, notification & communications
  •  Daily operations for communication execution



  • 2+ years of experience in working on reporting / business intelligence systems
  • Strong database & analytics concepts – can convert any business requirement into a SQL statement
    or dashboard
  •  Quick learner, hard-working and dedicated with ability to work in dynamic work environment
  • Team player, high level of cross functional coordination required
  • Comfortable working over weekend (comp offs will be given)
