You will be a part of the Customer Relationship Management team, which is one of the key levers to drive topline revenue of the organization via customer communications and marketing. As a part of this, you will be responsible for managing push notif, email and sms marketing for Myntra. You will be a part of the Central Revenue team at Myntra and you will focus on delivering a world-class and differentiated shopping experience for various fashion needs on the platform.
External Job Overview & Responsibilities:
- Business analysis and understanding.
- Building templates, dashboards in Excel/intranet for operational and management reporting
- Data extraction for daily reporting and Ad hoc analysis
- Planning SMS, Email, notification & communications
- Daily operations for communication execution
- 2+ years of experience in working on reporting / business intelligence systems
- Strong database & analytics concepts – can convert any business requirement into a SQL statement
- Quick learner, hard-working and dedicated with ability to work in dynamic work environment
- Team player, high level of cross functional coordination required
- Comfortable working over weekend (comp offs will be given)
