Senior Manager - Marketing


Role: This person will play a key role in the development of high impact content campaigns and building a strong contextual point of view for Myntra through new age marketing to broaden Myntra's conversational scope and drive brand love. Through this effort, he/ she will help build thought leadership for Myntra in fashion.
  • Crack hard-hitting insights that resonate with the consumer and enable extended conversations with the brand
  • Choose & participate in as many ongoing cultural & topical conversations to build brand Myntra's persona and drive share of voice
  • Represent the central brand thought in as many consumer-contexts as possible to broaden Myntra's conversational scope with our audiences
  • Create and execute an annual content calendar identifying potential marketing opportunities to drive cultural conversations
  • Actively scout the market for new practices, media formats, trending topics, and other such content marketing opportunities that Myntra can adopt
  • Leverage inhouse tech capabilities to drive on-app innovations
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple teams inside & outside the organisation
  • Build measurements of success for each campaign, closely track performance and report learnings on the same for the future
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5-7 years of content marketing experience
  • Self-motivated, data & insights driven, constantly dialled-in to currently trending content topics & formats 
  • Has prior experience in owning the end-to-end execution chain - from genesis of thought to rollout of campaign
  • Comfortable working in an unstructured environment and should be entrepreneurial in nature
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be open to learning with an extremely positive attitude
