Associate - Service Quality


Role Holder will be part of Supply Chain team and assist in monitoring Omni (marketplace) operations (first mile), performance and implement corrective actions. He/She should be able to provide insights based on data and lead efficiency projects. He will be working be various cross functional teams like, hub team, transport team, 3PL team and category operations team day to day operational issues.

Primary Duty & Responsibilities:
Operational/Process KRAs: Monitor, maintain & evaluate end-to-end operations for Omni Channel while communicating & handholding for attaining efficiency, quality & productivity objectives.
Need to work with the logistics team for seamless shipments flow, along with scaling up Omni operations in new cities. Generating, publishing and maintaining reports. Co-ordinate with different stakeholders to achieve organizational objective. Single point of contact to handle seller escalations along with coordination with logistics team for pickup & returns related escalations.
People KRAs: Coach, Train, Manage & appraise the performance of supervisory personnel and
handhold process changes.
Hygiene KRAs: Safeguard protocols and processes by monitoring/ controlling SCM SLAs.

Graduate with 2-3+ years of relevant exposure
Proficiency in Excel. SQL is added advantage
Exposure & Comfort in fast pace with data driven detail orientation
Ability to work as an Individual Contributor with no team reporting requirements.
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
