Manager - Creative


Roles and Responsibilities: 

Creative thinking

  • Ability to formulate briefs, ideate and help the team come up with unique ideas
  • Must understand consumer journey and simulate relevant outcomes
  • Proactively facilitate A/B testing to help improve quality and CTR of creatives
  • Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions.
  • Must have ability to ideate and be able to contribute to various creative wireframes
  • Work towards doing things differently with available guidance for various brands & themes
  • Must evolve campaign ideas, work with production teams and have production knowledge
  • Take complete ownership of the team & projects assigned


  • Ability to clearly convey information through a variety of channels to individuals/groups various
  • Must be receptive to constructive feedback and act to deliver creative output
  • Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day to day operations

Project Management

  • Take ownership of QC of all assignments
  • Must organize deliverables and track their performance matrix

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience across advanced graphic design, illustration and knowledge of UI/UX
  • Advanced software skills of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional sense of typography, imagery, colors, composition and visual layouts
  • Must keep up with & implement recent developments in the design industry
  • Must experiment and learn new software's to speed up and facilitate the design process
