Partner Consultant - Creative (Designer)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for design thinking, creative ideation and developing visual representation of the brand across touchpoints
  • Understand business requirements, conceptualise and execute (hands-on) business-driven / problem-solving campaigns.
  • Research, assist and present new ideas for a variety of creative marketing campaigns across app / website, social media, performance marketing and email campaigns.
  • Closely work with the production design, art direction and styling teams during campaign shoots
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all Adobe programs and knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
  • Keep a close track of timelines on projects and be responsible for go-live dates across deliverables
  • Work with the business and category teams to help gain clarity of information and thought on campaigns
  • Act as an active contributor to creative brainstorming discussions
  • Must have ability to ideate and be able to contribute to various creative wireframes
  • Motivate team members and ensure their professional growth through a wide variety of contributions


Qualifications & Experience

  • Technical know-how & Prerequisites

                - 7+ years of experience across advanced graphic design, illustration and knowledge of UI/UX

                - Advanced software skills of Adobe Creative Suite and experience of working with video requirements

                - Exceptional sense of typography, imagery, colours, composition and visual layouts

                - Must keep up with & implement recent developments in the design industry

                - Must experiment and learn new softwares to speed up and facilitate the design process

  • Communication

                - Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to articulate information through a variety of channels to individuals/group                                 stakeholders

                - Must be receptive to constructive feedback and act to deliver creative output - Ability to manage escalations and resolve                              conflicts in day-to-day operations

  • Project Management

                - Take ownership and QC of all assignments

                - Must organize deliverables, track their performance matrix and plan improvements required for growth

                - Will take the lead on measuring the performance of team members and track progress periodically
