The International Brands Team (IB) manages a portfolio of niche and strategic brands on the platform helping them grow to scale .These usually are perception drivers for the platform and hence play a big role across categories.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role:

Role: Manager –Marketing is responsible for understanding and enhancing brand visibility of a portfolio of International brands through various online communications, promotions and campaigns. The job will entail working cross functionally with various teams for a portfolio of lifestyle brands and strengthen a few new brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the brand and category teams to give marketing solution for brand business problems, to meet and improve visibility and revenue on the platform.
  • Own the strategy, thinking and executing brand campaign while working across categories that help shift the brand metrics
  • Tracking all metric on Visibility , RPLC , LC across brands making sure brands get the visibility as allocated
  • Understand and deep dive customer segments to customize marketing communication basis these segments to increase awareness , acquisition and repeats
  • Work with internal stake holders to publish brand content across channels and bring alive marketing campaigns
  • Work with Myntra marketing & brand team to device brand strategy for growth and salience on Myntra
  • Work with categories to have a brand marketing calendar
  • Lead marketing for International Brands from a Business development  point of view for bringing new international brands on board

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience of working on brands managing the communication and brand strategy
  • Experience and deep understanding of content, social and digital media.
  • Experience in fashion and lifestyle is preferred.
  • Has strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive brand visibility
  • Cross functional team management skills to liaison with both external brands and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude.
