Deputy Director – Business Finance ( Revenue, Marketing & Finance)


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build a financial plan that aligns business objectives and develops a how list that builds the plan to the targets for the business
  • Establish ROI on marketing investments, with right assessment of risks and opportunities
  • Understand the voice of customer and the work to address the pain points, if material
  • Understand the levers impact Net promoter Score (NPS)
  • Build operational plan for contact center resources optimizing on utilization and channel mix
  • Evaluate end to end brand marketing campaign objectives and readiness with right success metrics
  • Validating agency retainer requirements and contracts (scope of work, payment terms etc) bringing efficiencies in cost with procurement
  • Evaluate choice of media channels or levers of traffic for each campaign basis cost and impact
  • Work with stakeholders to build framework for deliverables / success metrics for any consumer research and insights campaign
  • Co-own monthly planning of traffic and customers basis marketing investments
  • Managing functional reviews with right callouts to senior management
  • Participate in revenue and traffic forecast calls and highlight risk /opportunities with appropriate analysis
  • Ownership of expenses forecast for the business group by using trend analysis / KPI reviews for better P&L management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Post-Graduate in Management (MBA) from a tier 1 business school holding specialization in Marketing and Finance 
  • Work experience of minimum 6 to 9 years in revenue facing or marketing roles 
  • Prior experience in Ecommerce, an added advantage
  • Finance specialization – Chartered Accountant, CFA or similar degrees an added advantage (not a mandate)
  • Demonstrate strong Communication / Presentation Skills and ability to work with peers and counterparts / multi location setup / good team manager
  • Expertise in Office Tools MS Excel, Power Point Skills
  • The candidate should be proactive, self-starter, strong Team Leader - Role would require interaction with Cross functional teams
