About Team - Myntra Insider (Myntra’s Loyalty Program)
Myntra Insider is Myntra’s fashion privilege program that identifies and rewards top Myntra customers for their relationship with the platform. The program is focused on providing privileges to the top Myntra customers through unique fashion and lifestyle services (e.g., premium fashion advisory including 1:1 styling sessions and Masterclasses from top celeb stylists) Myntra Insider customers are the highest performing lot on the Myntra platform and contribute to a significant share of the platform revenues and profits. The program plays a key role in driving Myntra’s differentiation and retention goals with its customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The person would be responsible for:

  • Lead and strengthen the vision and strategy of Myntra Insider across Myntra
  • Conceptualize and launch strategic initiatives along with platform and category teams to drive requisite gratification and engagement for Myntra Insiders
  • Bring in best in class customer LTV and retention thinking to grow the incremental impact of the program on Myntra’s PnL
  • Drive unique ecosystem partnerships with 3 rd party reward partners across online and offline
  • Strengthen fashion advisory through premium content and new fashion services at scale
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech for conceptualizing and rolling out new features on a regular basis
  • Develop and drive the marketing campaigns for Myntra Insider basis the strategic objectives
  • Work closely with Business Finance, Accounting and legal teams to operationalize the program in the most efficient manner.
  • Be the multi-functional anchor between Brand, Revenue, CRM, Category, Business Intelligence, Creative, Content, Business Finance and Accounting teams

Success measures:

  • High premium-ness and aspirational quotient of Myntra Insider in the Indian market
  • Scaling up revenue and profit contribution of Insiders
  • Growing retention of the platform led through Insiders
  • Build distinctive fashion advisory and platform experience for the top tiers
  • Timely setup and execution of Insider marketing campaigns
  • Bring in new innovations to scale up the events and other marketing campaigns
  • Effectively lead a tiger team of ambitious professionals to deliver the outcomes while building a culture of respect, trust and learning
  • Manage a large set of varied stakeholders inside and outside the organisation

Qualification & Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer tech and B2C sectors. Relevant management consulting experience (at Engagement manager or above level) from a top tier consulting firm would also be considered
  • Deep understanding of CRM techniques and maximizing consumer LTV on digital platforms
  • Solid creative thinking and ability to visualize and program manage execution of creative engagement formats
  • Distinctive business development and stakeholder management to build and manage a complex ecosystem of internal and external partners
  • First principles thinking on product and user design is sufficient, though advanced knowledge is preferred
  • Analytical horsepower along with ability to drive insight from data. Understanding of data sciences concepts and modeling is desirable but not mandatory
  • Very high bias for action
  • Innovation mindset with ability to take risks to experiment and bring innovations to the table
  • Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Team player and excellent collaborator
  • Excellent academic record in whichever field
  • Masters from a premium school/university (preferred but not mandatory)
