About Team

This role rests within the Revenue and Growth team of Myntra. The Revenue & Growth team is one of the most pivotal teams at Myntra that drives a lot of turnkey charters like Storefront Merchandising, User and Customer Growth, Pricing, Category Growth, Fashion Content, Sale Events & Activation. Sale Events and Activation is a strategic charter and plays a really big role with respect to driving Revenue and Customer growth at Myntra. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Role: Manager – Sale Events & Activation


This person will be managing  the Sale Events and Activation charter for Myntra. This will involve:

  • Effectively managing end to end the roadmap, conceptualization, business planning, go-to-market strategy, demand shaping & innovation track for all Events and Activation and ensure top-line and bottom line achievement for the same
  • Liasoning with various cross-functional teams including Revenue Planning, Brand Marketing, Product & Technology, Storefront, CRM, Category, Design, Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Finance, Customer Experience, Program Management et al to ensure that all the key objectives are aligned with and delivered across all teams
  • Understand and assess opportunities across various festive occasions (e.g. opportunity size, appeal, differentiation) in order to proactively determine how to best drive customer engagement and business impact
  • Creating Event/Project status snapshots across workstreams and leadership review decks to drive alignment and cross team accountability 
  • Being the Data Custodian of all Sale Events related activity and trends
  • Ideating with Product & Creative teams for designing an engaging Homepage experience for all the Sale events & activation
  • Collaborating with Product teams to develop a pipeline of new product offerings that help in uplifting Traffic, Conversion & Engagement 

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA from a top tier school, with total work experience of 1-3 years, preferably in an Ecommerce firm driving category/ platform growth 
  • Strong people & stakeholder management skills - ability to handle  multiple stakeholders across the organization
  • Strong project/program management skills: ability to juggle multiple work streams, timelines and priorities
  • Self motivated with strong  collaboration and influencing  skills, ability to work despite ambiguity 
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and to successfully meet these deadlines
  • Bias for action – Has sound judgement, thoroughly thinks through the problems to come up with solutions
  • Sharp Business and creative Acumen
  • Extremely strong in execution as this role will involve overseeing significant execution
