Associate - Revenue & Growth (Gift Cards)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • The Gift Card business at Myntra is growing at a scorching pace year on year
  • The goal of this vertical is to sell gift cards to Aggregators and Corporates. The idea is to grow sales on the back of stronger relationships while simultaneously reducing the discounts we offer.
  • Occupant will single-handedly be managing operations for the B2B Gift Card business. This role will equal parts Operations, Analytics and Relationship management 
  • Operations – Drive Execution Excellence on issuance of gift cards to clients and managing the monthly spends against budget,
  • Analytics – Identify actionable insights from key business metrics like user demographics, breakage, upsell, etc
  • Relationship Management – Partnering with the Gift Cards Business Team to manage key accounts of aggregators and corporates to maximize revenue growth.  


  • Monitor key metrics such as revenue, gross margin, discount, upsell, budget planning, new customer acquisition, transaction funnel, etc
  • For events that have a key gift card component like Diwali, Valentines Day, etc, coordinate and steer a campaign across marketing and creative functions to ensure rapid growth of Gift Cards during these key phases.
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients and coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met.
  • Syncing up with Key clients on a regular basis to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our corporate relationship with them.
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client. 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/ MBA with 5+ Years of experience
  • Strong analytical bent of mind with solid communication/persuasion skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Basic knowledge of Gift Card operation.
  • Ideally from a Retail background – Experience in the fashion industry preferred with direct customer facing experience.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
