About Team

The Marketplace team is responsible for shaping the selection, profitability and structure of the marketplace business at Myntra. The team is a part of the business org and liaisons with various teams across the organization to drive critical projects as Myntra shifts to a marketplace centric approach

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sign up new brands and retailers for Omni
  • Work closely with Brands and Retailers to ensure maximum listing of stores, styles and inventory availability from stores
  • Build new season cataloging and listing plan for each Brand 
  • Coordinate with internal Category, Cataloging and Category Operations teams to ensure a smooth process and timely listing of styles  
  • Create dashboards and generate MIS’s to ensure visibility to multiple stakeholders 
  • Troubleshoot and assist the brand for any operational issues to ensure business continuity

Qualification & Experience:

  • Post graduate diploma / MBA (preferably in Retail or Fashion) with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in listing and sales planning for brands and retailers on marketplaces or their own ecommerce platforms at scale
  • The incumbent should be well versed with e-commerce marketplace principles and guidelines and should string strong process orientation
  • Previous know how of cataloging and listing process for
  • Know how of couple of retail ERP’s (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc) and POS systems 
  • Advanced MS office skills
  • Reading and speaking capabilities of one or more regional language in addition to English and Hindi
