Deputy Director - Demand Planning


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for long term and short term demand planning for MFB (across all brands & categories)
  • Identify key growth areas for the portfolio through data analysis and devise growth strategy
  • Align senior leadership on growth bets and own the cumulative growth and margin from Portfolio perspective
  • Partner with Category Demand Management and Central Revenue teams on Pricing and Demand generation including store front and visibility interventions
  • Align Category, Brand, Marketing and Planning functions on the growth strategy
  • Partner with Brands to maximize Revenue from visibility properties.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/ B.Tech from Tier 1 institutes with 2+ yrs experience in pricing, strategy, planning or category management
  • Strong Analytical skills ; Penchant for numbers; Attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management including Senior leadership
  • Ability to influence without authority and bias for action
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
